Recently, tax administration started to pay more attention to the issue of transfer pricing, especially during tax inspections of companies controlled by foreign entities. The seminar will focus on:

Legal framework and principles of transfer pricing (legal regulation, case law, arm's length principle)
Transfer pricing documentation (requirements for format and contents)
Characteristics and use of transfer pricing methods
AMADEUS database (as a useful tool to document the arm's length price)
